At PROAN we produce San Juan Eggs®, which excellent quality, depends directly on hen management and care.
A very important factor to reach this goal is feeding, which consists of formulas with natural ingredients such as corn, soy, sorghum, canola, macrominerals such as calcium and phosphorus, besides from vegetable oil, which is an energy source; this comprises 99% of their nutrition and the remaining 1% are vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
As part of our production process we achieve the development of completely healthy animals under the best conditions. We apply strict biosecurity measures such as separated flocks in isolated farms from each other, and we control access through perimeter fences, as well as programs that strengthen the animals' immunologic system. All of this is done through good manufacturing hygiene and food safety practices: using natural feed.The farms are built with sanitary measures and a strict hygiene control in order to keep the animals under the best environmental conditions, for their welfare and comfort.
We use a genetic mark to create homogenous batches with the same performance and quality. At the end of their productive life, they are sacrificed and processed in the TIF slaughterhouse to obtain products of great commercial value.At PROAN we are concerned to have the best and most advanced systems in all the areas, with automated procedures and a top product quality control.
